Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Order Changes & Cancellations

We are unable to cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please check the items in your cart and shipping information before completing the order. We can try to change an order before it's been shipped, but we usually ship the same day.
