When it comes to hair loss, there are things that we can and cannot control. Here are some things that we CAN control when it comes to growing your hair.

  • Avoid using heat. Give your hair and scalp a rest for 3-6 months. Use no-heat hairstyles.
  • Avoid super tight hairstyles. You can do braids & other protective styles as long as they’re not too tight.
  • Avoid coloring your hair for 3-6 months. Dye contains ingredients that will cause hair loss.
  • Gather your hair into a low, loose braid or bun before sleeping. Don’t sleep with your hair out.
  • Do NOT wash your hair every day. 
  • If you have dandruff, eczema, etc, wash your hair MORE often. It is important to CLEANSE your scalp and not suffocate your hair follicles with buildup. Use the oil on your hair & scalp EVERY TIME before you wash your hair. If you suffer from scalp issues, aim to wash hair 2-3 times per week. Use our Massage Brush to cleanse your scalp thoroughly while shampooing.
  • Massage your scalp (or beard) EVERY DAY! You want to help stimulate your blood vessels to grow your hair faster. Use our Massage Brush to gently massage in the oil and scalp serum for 5-10 minutes a day.
  • READ the INGREDIENTS! Don’t use products that contain: formaldehyde, quaternium-15, DMDM hydantoin, imidazolidinyl urea, diazolidinyl urea, polyoxymethylene urea, sodium hydroxymethylglycinate, 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1,3-diol (bromopol) and glyoxal. THESE INGREDIENTS ARE KNOWN TO CAUSE HAIR LOSS.
    • GENTLY brush your hair. Use a detangler brush or wide tooth comb and gently brush from the the ends of your hair and move upward toward your scalp. When brushing your hair, your goal is to keep as much hair on your scalp as possible while regrowing new hair with our products.

    • Do not wrap your hair up in a turban after washing! Use a microfiber cloth to dry it gently and let it air dry on its own.
    • EAT a HEALTHY diet full of nuts, seeds, eggs, avocados, berries, vegetables, healthy oil like extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil.
    • Take hair supplements!
    • Limit stress & anxiety. Meditate. Go for a walk.
      If your hair follicles are alive, our products may thicken your hair within 3-6 months when used consistently. If your hair follicles are dead, our products will not work, but may prevent future thinning.
